2.3 Disclaimer of Responsibility for User-Generated Content
Soundware Store is not responsible for any stems, production, or personal music files after our software has been used. Our software is a tool designed to assist with music creation, but it does not create music for the user. Users are solely responsible for managing, backing up, and ensuring the security of their own files and projects. Like all software, it is sold under agreed terms that do not guarantee perfection. Any issues with personal files remain the responsibility of the user.
3. SoundBank Cash Out Program
Soundware Store is developing a platform, SoundBank, which allows users to earn money through our services and withdraw funds to their accounts. Participation in this program requires compliance with the following conditions:
Users must be 18 years or older to participate in any cash-out or withdrawal transactions.
Prior to engaging in the program, users must agree to an 18+ eligibility requirement via a checkbox agreement within the software.
Soundware Store reserves the right to review and approve all withdrawal requests.
Any fraudulent or deceptive activities related to the program will result in immediate termination of the user’s account and forfeiture of any earnings.
Soundware Store is not responsible for tax obligations related to the earnings made through SoundBank. Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes.
Payments will be processed through third-party services, and Soundware Store holds no liability for delays or issues with external payment providers.
4. Affiliate Program
If you participate in our Affiliate Program, additional terms apply. You may not misrepresent your relationship with Soundware Store or engage in fraudulent marketing practices. Soundware Store reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time for violations of these Terms.
5. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify product pricing, discontinue products, or limit purchase quantities at our discretion.
